First click and download
And install it, after installation open the notepad and go to format tool of notepad and then go to font option.
Choose Font Rupee Foradian and Font style REGULARE and press ok.
After all it open notepad and for write symbole of INDIAN Rupee click ' ~ ' sign button which placed left most site in upper corner of the keybord.
