How Hack a Website by IIS Exploit

can you explain it how to use it in windows xp? and, no offense, i think it's not really defacing, it just add an additional page in the web using IIS' vulnerability but not hack the main page... am i right? one more time, no offense dude... i just want to know...

Ya u right dude,it add a page in DB of website,only that site exploit for it which make on IIS version 5 and 7.
