you need to learn:
- programming algorithm
- programming language such as C, C++, VB, VBS, batch. for web programming: HTML (definitely), asp, php, etc... for database: SQL
- some tools like cain and abel (mine), backtrack
- learning about security, such as cryptography
- gather series of informations about your hacked-gonna-be website
- etc
