How do you guys make those shiny glows inside of your text with timeline in photoshop?

[Flashdrive]

Make your text design (make sure you have a solid background).

Make an image apply on a new layer above everything else.

Use the magic wand tool to cut out the inside of the text.

Make a white bar under the image apply layer and blur it some with one of the many blurr options.

Drag it off to the complete left side of the layer, than make another timeline frame and drag it to the other side.

Select both frames and pick how much frames you want the flash to take to go across.

Than if you need to pick a time for each slide to take before switching.

Done.

I am following everything correctly, but when i go to clipping it does not show the white glow i made before.
