Is there anyway hackin a hotmail email only by knowing his user , if it possible send me a message or leave a comment below. ^^

You would need to get a keylogger or password stealer installed on his system. Any tools or services promising such are usually scams and/or malware
Also just to note that blackhat activities are frowned upon here
