Home gym, my set up is dope! Nothing wrong with public gyms though, gets the job done at an affordable price.

if your public gym is good, use it. home gyms are never effective. you have to be very disciplined to finish your routine. you might get too lazy and use it at all. you get to see other people in good shape at the gym who will influence you to get in even better shape. plus hot chicks love going to gyms to show off.

Public gym. Membership is cheap and have the space for every equipment you need. Great place to meet others that are like minded and network. Seeing girls gives you that testosterone boost you need in your workouts.

Yup as much as it would be nice to have a full gym at home it's not feasible. Plus going to the gym you're there for a specific purpose and you'll get it done.

And as others have said, girls at the gym are usually looking fine

Depends on what you are trying to accomplish. If you are just lifting, you could do what you need from home with the right gear If you want to develop your core, some people find that doing group workouts at a gym helps them, as they will push themselves harder when people are working out with them. They don't want to be the one slacking off.

That's part of the problem, always available so you tell yourself, oh it'll be there later so I'll put it off a little longer.

home gym is superior in all ways if you cannot afford gym equipment then get a public gym membership

Deciding between a home gym and a public one can be tricky – both have ups and downs. A home gym is super convenient since you can work out whenever you want without commuting or waiting for machines. Plus, you can pick the exact equipment you like, and over time, you could save a bit of money if you're not paying monthly fees. But, it does take up space and requires a decent initial investment for quality gear. Public gyms have an extensive variety of equipment, classes, and a social atmosphere, which can be motivating. Plus, it’s easier to access trainers or use tools like Fitness business software to track your progress.
