Ive been using airvpn and cryptostorm. Never been "fucked" as you say. Regardless of your VPN provider, your habits will ultimately be what gets you in trouble. Aslong as your VPN provider doesn't log.

how many of you have used ipleak.net? the guys the made it also made and run airvpn.org as long as you choose a vpn that doesn't log and choose a server outside of the USA and UK you will be fine. 80% of people here dont do anything that illegal anyway

Not to be a di*k or anything but whhy do you say that? To you what makes a VPN service better than the next? Without using google to answer it, what do you look for personally?

To me it was easy to use and such. And at the time it was free. However I haven't used it for nearly a year, so it may have changed actually.

Ok, Free is not better. Do you know why its Free? they probably sell your information to companies like google ect.
Free VPNs usually log your on;line activities aswell in case you do something illegal with it they can see who it was. Not many VPN companies are set up to take on the law when it comes to logs ect.
9/10 a good VPN company is usually slower than a crappy one. you will always suffer a small speed loss and thats ok depending on what your using it for.

Many people dont think its a big deal that a comany logs there actions (if your not doing anything wrong you dont have anything to hide) but thats complete BS. You should want to hide everything even if its not worth hiding. Its still a good practice.

I agree. I only used the vpn for legitimate reasons though. Also I signed up with fake info (though they probably had my real ip and shit so...)

The personal details may have been fake, But your IP would be logged. Just from now on dont use a free one. Every month i give out a cryptostorm token which is good for one month worth of there VPN service. ill make a post when i have one ready and if you want it you can try it.
