I think I explained it clearly already.

You can't use the internet without a router. Your using the dongle the same as me, which I pointed out does not contain a router.

Your using a router at some other location that the ISP owns which you cant touch or control. Your only option to use a RAT is to follow the answer I gave.

You need to buy your own separate router and use that because without the ability to change your router config you can't use a RAT.
