Hi folks !

I'm glad to join the community ! I've been interested hacking since a pretty long time (~2009) but, 'cause of my lack of time, I did'nt get better , so, i'm a big newbie trying to learn :p.

Do you thinks some hackers can do some 'private' teaching, on skype for exemple (free or not) ? If yes, do you have any idea where I could find such people ?

Welcome to The Community! I'm glad to hear that you have found the time to start learning. You are asking for people to teach you? I will give you one hurry advice, please learn as much as you can on your own. It will give you a lot more experience you you will learn a whole lot more when you are learning it on your own. I know that sometimes help is needed and it's okay to ask for it, but please try out as much as possible on your own.

FIrst of all, thanks for the ultra quick answer, both of you
My problem is not so about knowledge, I spent hours reading things on the week-end on holiday so, even if I'm not a pro, I know many kind of attacks. My problem is about the attack itself, for exemple, when I try to ask my website, I don't know where to start, what to do. So, yeah, I read, first, gather info (I have them all, I built the website ), then, find vulnerabilities (not sure for the spelling sorry), and here, I don't know so much. I use scanners (w3af), I try some of technics I know but I'm lost. So I think you"re right about learning from an another personn, It's not the best way to learn, I seen that with programation but, I think that if someone helped my hacking my own website while I'm watching and with explanation, I could progress. I hope I made my self clear, I'm not English What do you think ?

Hello and welcome, as Anima pointed out part of being a hacker is thinking on your feet, figuring out problems on your own and finding new ways to achieve things, so trying on your own is a key part of learning, that being said we are here to help if you get stuck.

as for your above question my knowledge on web site hacking isn't the best, you say you have all the details of the target (as it's yours), that's an excellent start, information gathering is crucial to any attack. I suggest learning in depth any of the technologies in place on your site and from there you research specific vulnerabilities. start with SQL and XSS (there are lots of articles on here for those), or learn about the web server itself and try to exploit that.

Thanks for the answer, I tried to do some XSS & SQL attack. I found one XSS, that i fixed but then, nothing. I though about the attack using the retriving mail (~CRSF something like that) where you use the CC: to recieve the mail too. But after, I'm blocked. I don't know how to continue

So, you don't think some time with an actual hacker could help me progress or, at least, show me the path to follow ? I do understand the mechanism of XSS, SQL and CRSF (could you give me thx actual name, I know it's not CRSF :p) but after that, I feel like I feel like I'm turning in circle.
