HTML or VB.NET is what I'd reccomend, they''re both easy to learn and adapt.
Also, Python is a good alternative ^^

VB.NET is a bad choice for a first language, in my opinion. If you plan on actually becoming a programmer, do not start with VB.NET. You'll inherit some terrible programming habits and on top of that VB.NET is literally designed to be easy, meaning that almost everything will be done for you. And as a programmer, I think it's better for you to learn how to be in control.

What should i learn if i want to create android based applications/games?

You should learn Java as Cyanide said before me. However, learning Java as a first language can sometimes prove to be a problem for most people. You may inherit some bad programming habits and you probably won't learn anything about memory management, program efficiency, etc. etc. as Java will do all of that for you. I'm not going to go in-depth, so if you'd like to know more you can research it.
However, if you ONLY want to make Android applications and games, then just go with Java. But later if you decide that you'd like to program in a language such as C, you may find difficulty adapting. I found this out the hard way.
