Hey guys,
I'm a new user looking for some help. Can anyone direct me to a forum about making your own program to encrypt txt files.

I mean...
-What specifically will be the use, and who will read it
-How large will the file be
-Can you code and in what language

I have a very small .txt file with some information I want to encrypt. I know I can get a program to do it but I would like to learn how to do it myself. I know a limited amount of java netbeans. The reason I want to do this is so that I can change the strength of the encryption myself and make my own encryption code. This program also has to be able to decrypt(of course). The file will hopefully grow as time passes so the program has to be flexible.
As for the guy asking about my quote. It was a random quote I found online. Since I can't have a signature I threw it in manually. Smile
