Help updating BunsenLabs linux WITHOUT internet

So I am currently running the BunsenLabs distro of crunchbang on a desktop. The hitch is that is has 0 internet capabilities. I have no wifi adapters, and my pc doesn't support ethernet internet sharing.

Is there a way for me to download all of the updates onto a flash drive on my Windows laptop so that I can just update the Desktop from the usb? Do you have any other solutions?

You could of course try downloading all of the update packages individually (never got much into CB so i dont know what package type) and then running them on the machine. If you tell me all of the packages you need to be updated I can try to email you a zip with the packages and a shell script for automation.

See that's the problem. I don't know which packages will need to be updated and running through all of them every time seems inefficient. There has got to be some way to download a zip of updated packages.
