[ Help ] unable to delete file not found

I was going in old files and came across one that will not delete. ive tired to rename the folders and delete that way still no luck.
ran into safe mode to try the same ways and still nothing will delete.

i am on Windows 10 v1809

I've had a lot of success using the last link- the tool named "Unlocker".

I tried most of them and they could not unlock or delete the folder, I then tried to install the "Unlocker" one and it would not install.
if you could make a portable download of the Unlocker. for some odd reason my AV is blocking links on the installation part.

You could simply disable your AV when Installing the tool.

Anyway, here's the portable version. Softpedia Is a very reputable source, so the file Is definitely clean.

You could simply disable your AV when Installing the tool.

OMG Thank you this was the one tool i was trying to look for i had this way back on my old PC THANK YOU so much.

This sure does get the job done a very very powerful tool.
