Ask her how her day was, if you saw her today compliment her clothing or makeup or something, or you could simply ask her what she is up to.

You could go with something like:
"What's your favorite place?"
or
"If you could go anywhere right now where would you be?"
"What's your favorite place?"
or
"If you could go anywhere right now where would you be?"
