I have recently upgraded my windows 7 ultimate to windows 10 professional, though i want to buy a new computer. I wouldnt like to buy a new windows license, is there any way to like transfer my windows 10 professional?

Yeah just use a software that clones your whole drive and clone it to a new one.

Firstly, If you purchase a new PC, It will come with a pre-activated OS.
In terms of your request, It's not as simple as cloning your current Windows Installation and Installing the Image on another PC. The OS Is tied to the hardware It's Installed on, such as drivers dedicated to the MOBO and when migrating to another system, the OS cannot Identify the new hardware particularly the storage controller's communication with the HDD. As such and along with other Issues, the OS may fail to boot.
Furthermore, If your upgrade Is OEM-based, the license/activation Is also tied to the hardware It's Installed on.
