I got a bit of an issue an was wanting to see if some of you wouldn't be able to help me out with a problem an have a little fun on the side while doing this.

So I had to move back home for the sake of my teeth and health for future job. This also means that I had to quit my job there where I was living. Now this new job requires a lot an been trying to get everything completed requirement wise for a year. However, once I complete training and get it there's alot of perks

Now, my issue is that I know have some random guy living in my house that I don't want there. Needless to say he was there when I was for about a year and moved in. There's two buildings on my property which, is supposed to go to my finance kids far as all of it. There mother is a rather sickly person who had picked the house out with me and just started getting sick a few years back. Now this guy has taken advantage of that and ended up to where I no longer was living in the house.

The other building we had is an old salon we were going to change into either a guest house or extension on. Now this building had no power an had initial mice living in the walls. That's where I ended up. My mailbox an door to the house were changed without my consent and I was not able to get my mail or feel safe cause, he had guns with him. He had at one point during our initial conversational threats cocked one next to her and made threats against me. Now initial he was living with his step dad till he got thrown out an ran away with some inherentance he was supposed to have split. He's also, at one point while I was at work popped the youngest arm out of place an she had to go for inflammation of the tissues in her arm an wear a sling. Has caused, her sister to cry to the manager over us at the time not knowing what to do cause, she has helped us with the kids. Resulting in her leaving us an going back to McDonald's. Has burned not only my stuff of whatever, I had got for her or was on the property without knowledge. If I need to mention more, I can an also have pictures if needed.

I have training that I have mandatory to do. I also, likely got about a month before I start this new job that I should be good for

Sounds like you don't need a forum, you need the police. Your property can't be messed with like that, even if you're not on the lease. The law clearly states that for homeowners and renters, you can't kick someone out for any reason without prior warning and you can't alter the state of their belongings without consent. You should call the police and file a report and hit your landlord with charges. I assume you were not on the lease. If you were, then you have even more of the law in your favor, especially if you mention the threat of violence.
