Hello Fellow Hackers! 08-30-2012, 10:56 PM

Well, I am new to hacking. When i was ten, i wanted to learn how to hack, but never had a motive. I now have a motive, and again am looking to learn how to hack.
What "hat" would you consider the group "Anonymous" to be? Black hat? Grey hat?
Which ever one, and please let me know, thats who i wish to be.
I know very little, and i do mean little. All i know it how to ping using cmd, i kind of know how to use developer tools, and i am trying to find the right proxy.
I finished all the main levels and intermidiate levels on hackthis.co.uk, and the first two levels of crypt.
I am looking to find the right people who can help me with all of this.
Thanks!

So you want to become a part of Anonymous? Hmm i will definitly consider Anonymous as black hats. And this leads me to my other question, why do you want to become a part of Anoonymous?
But if you want to, you should look into ddossing, website hacking, database dumbing, malware and botnets.
IF you have certain skills in these fields, and you have the luck to meet and team up with some Anonymous "members" you could be lucky to a part of some of their operations. But it will be VERY hard to find any of them, if you doesn't already know where to look.
Again, why become a part of Anonymous? You will most likely end up in prison, it is only the best hackers from Anonyous who has not been caught yet.
One last thing. Welcome to HC, i'm sure you will learn a lot from here.

Well i do actually support some of their operations, i personally like when they pwned H.B. Gary.
Hmm it all depends on which one of them you want to start with. As i see they are mostly taking down websites, so i would say you should start with Website Hacking. I will be able to help you with that, but first go learn the basics of PHP, SQL and so on. Do not bother on HTML or CSS they are pretty much useless in website hacking, and HTML takes one day to learn.
