I hate seeing this debate and although I won't be able to justify my answer very well, marijuana should remain illegal in it's respective states and not be changed. If anything, it should become a source for medical treatment that is not in a smoke state so it doesn't harm the lungs when rolled in paper (Vapor is much healthier than paper). It's abused and many don't use marijuana for it's actual purpose.
