Really good read. Using win 10 at work but always good to see how a true 'clean' build can be.. As the bloatware initially gets tedious but doing it the way mentioned seems decent.

One of many things I agree with In the above link, Is the Installation of GlassWire Firewall.

Those who're after a simplistic and easy-to-use firewall, I recommend checking It out.

Thanks for this guide dude, this is definitely going to be my bible when i switch to 10. I'm sure with all this it's gonna be secure.

Lots of basics, but good information to follow. Nice to see they also recommend Veracrypt. In the past, Truecrypt was the best bet. Likewise, I wouldn't trust Bitlocker.

Agree, I don't (solely) trust anything native to Windows.

I do use BitLocker to encrypt all my drives, but all the encrypted drives also contain a VeraCrypt encrypted volume (where all data Is located). Essentially, there's two forms of authentication to access my data- first with BitLocker and then decrypting the VeraCrypt volume.
