I personally believe the two best systems out are PC and powerful Android devices. Both of which have smooth handling and can emulate other systems entirely on them. PC being the best out of handhelds or consoles entirely. Out of consoles, I would say the PS3 and 360 are pretty evenly matched since it all depends on what titles the individual enjoys. Basically, though, I guess Android tablets are my pick from handhelds and consoles. They're so universally applicable to play whatever you want.
