We all make mistakes and the act of leaving a phone unattended can happen to anyone, no matter how security-minded an Individual may be.

As with your case, all It took was a simple distraction with a mix up of your order. As for the cameras, either they (Costco) didn't want to get Involved by saying they didn't see anything, or they didn't monitor that part of the complex at the time.

What's happened has happened, move forward.
