cse - all tlds + keyword + only xenforo

1- Will ask for a keyword
2- Will get the cse results from &cx=8fd022e7007e7ed2f (all tlds)
3- Will extract all domains
4- Will append /forums/-/index.rss
5- Will extract index.rss with XMLHTTPREQUEST
6- Will extract all tags <author>invalid@example.com (andytran)</author>
7- Will Show the user all emails collected
