For some reason, I also keep experiencing a similar error on one particular system.

At first, I blamed the file but It works fine on my other laptops. Have you tried It on another PC?

not i have not tried on another system, ill try when my laptop is back its Harddrive crashed :|

Thanks for the share.
I can notice that some streams are blocked now, maybe it is better to tunnel HLS streams over some proxy server so the backend doesn't get killed.

This version is better but there are still some streams that aren't working or have terrible quality.
But I won't complain because it's free.
