so I've got access to a small VPS for the next week or two... so i decided i'd host a wargame of sorts for you.

Its XAMPP running DVWA on CentOS 6 - Easy challenge for many. not so easy for some. But its a learning resource nonetheless

You can do pretty much whatever you want. Youre not limited to just dvwa... you can go after the web server or even the operating system. Got root? leave me a message in ~ and ill post your name here lol.

No DDoSing - this is to learn actual web hacking skills. And if you have a vulnerable PHP or Perl application you'd like me to host for for you to hack, send me a link.

That wasnt the challenge. That was to check your ability to google and to keep the complete skids out. that said... the whole app is vulnerable... Once your in there is a whole host of vulnerable scripts that would allow you greater challenges, sqli, rfi/lfi, etc.
