The stories and information posted here are artistic works of fiction and falsehood. Only a fool would take anything posted here as fact.

I'd rather just stick to PrtSc and saving it via MS Paint, KolourPaint or something like that.
+1 for effort though!

Try making an automatic uploader.
When I press CTRL + 4 I can select a region, it will automatically upload the region to my server and link it.

Gyazo sucks. ShareX is way better. (Ask @bluedog.tar.gz )
I wouldn't use it but a +1 for your effort

Oh and here are a couple of suggestions.
Rather then having 'HC SCREEN GRABBER' why not make it 'BlueCat's Screengrab' and simply put HC as link in the program?
Also this is a little wireframe I made.

I think it would be better having the buttons in a separate little window.
The screenshot would appear in a new window.
I hope that helps.

I'm sorry if I will sound harsh, but what this has to do with "Hacking Tools and Similar Applications" ?
Also, one advice for design: try looking at other small applications and try to copy their design, that way you will practice your design skills on technical and conceptual level.

Rather than just ocpy one, do some research on similiar applications. Rethink the UX and design it based upon that.

Oh, and OP, it's clear that you're beating yourself up and trying to make yourself seem like an idiot in your own eyes, but look at it this way...
Have you seen me release any software/scripts/applications? The answer is no because I flat-out can't with my current skill-set. However, this is something that I plan on changing eventually.
Regardless, you're doing things that are improving yourself. That's education. You're literally beating yourself up for being educated. So, just let it go and finally accept that you are in fact making progress.
