what does it mean?? i try to review the comment and try it to my xampp then it works..
but dont know how to apply i change the example.com to any site.. then run my apatche my SQL then they say

Its best to use it from your localhost. For more information(if you dont know how to run scripts from your localhost), google XAMPP.
