I downloaded the file and there are 3 files in the zip: crypter,logo and stub.

What is the stub file?

Tool not updated in many months and Solixious is very busy at this moment and he won't be able to come any time soon. I am closing this thread now as most of the people are complaining it to be not FUD. Just as Deque said earlier it is meant to be an example and a tool. Private Crypters may remain FUD for long time but OpenSource Crypters won't, if not updated or re-fudded.
