WE NEED DEDICATED SITE MEMBERS WHO WILL NEVER GO INACTIVE.

An issue of HC Veneration will be issued on the Saturday of every week GMT time, starting on the Sunday of the week that the team members are ready.

As for now, we don't have a forum to organize (one will be provided if we are active for 3 weeks) so every thing that goes on will have to be done by PM.

Here's how it goes. First, the reporters and interviewers gather up information from the forum, then they notify the Graphics and Writers team of the information they have collected so the Graphics team can create various creative graphics (at least some text to signify what is being written about). The Graphics team cannot proceed unless notified by the reporters and interviewers first. Then, the graphics team inform the Writers of the graphics they've created. Finally, the writers assemble to create and publish the News.

The reporters' job is to go around the forums and see what's new and report back to the writers and the graphics team, the interviewer's job is to ask the questions.

Everything will be organized once we get the 8 members needed to start. When HC gets bigger, we'll be accepting more members.

The graphics don't necessarily have to be that complicated.
