I think, for multiple people to use this, you should make it a .png, so people can put it above their regular image and not have the image in the background. Just my opinion, as if I were a developer I probably wouldn't add this because it just wouldn't fit.

Good idea. No HC Dev has to put that into his signature, though. It is voluntary.
