Yep, because of EoC the price of many items dropped. Whip is only like 70 or 80K now.

I personally think EoC is just falling, so I have only been playing 07, not worth it to play EoC when its just on a spiral downwards, thats my opinion but I think eventually this game may just crash and burn, there are no new players joining just the ones that have been here all along have been playing, unless Jagex does some sort of advertising the game will eventually crash and burn. Besides, they are currently in my opinion one of the most botted games, I have 1 account I play and 4 bots, imagine how many actual players there are with this ratio.

Many people who play 07 are going back to EoC, because it gets boring. There isn't any new content on 07, and there is on EoC. I play both EoC and 07, and I enjoy them both. Without new content, a game dies. Many people don't even try EoC because everyone has critic on it. But if you get the hang of the new combat system you may like it. And I think RuneScape will get many more players when the summer vacation starts, because that always happens. But yes, you're true about the botting part. There are too many botters, so that kinda sucks..

I did attempt EoC when it was launched, but soon after I just had enough and quit, then when I started up at 07 I tried again and it was okay for a little bit, but the lack of actual people online and the amount of change has just gotten me, I tried my best to like it even with my friends wanting me to play with them, but my prime in that game has been over for awhile, and my joy of the game now resides solely with 07.
