Gym #1
Anybody else in here do any bodybuilding or regularly attend gym?

Hit us up with some e-stats.

Height: 6 foot
Weight: 75kg

Right now my compounds are at:
- Squats 127.5kg 3x6
- Deadlifts 135kg 1x5
- Bench press 77.5kg 3x6
- Overhead press 52.5kg 3x6

I've only been lifting for about a year and a bit so I'm still weak like little girl. Share your stats.

(Cryptox do you even squat?)

I do weightlifting at home - one hour per. day. I was considering joining my local gym.

It depends on the day. Some days I would do chest, back and triceps, whilst on other days I would do shoulders, biceps and forearms.

So, do you have dumbbells/barbell or do you do calisthenics?
