RE: Greetz to HC #3
Welcome to the forum, MrGeek. You have made a promising start with your Python tutorial. I am glad to have new people like you coming here.

I would like you tell us more about you. This is an introduction, it shouldn't be exchangeable with every other person here.
Tell us what you like, what you expect to learn here, what programming languages you use etc.
Maybe you have read the announcement of ours to make HC a better place: http://www.hackcommunity.com/Thread-Noti...ered-Users

So tell us more or I will have to remove the intro.

Regards
Deque

Sure I'm planning to tell more about me Smile
When I make this thread and came back the next day.So I think the MODS removed this.
But this is my chance so let me tell about more Biggrin

I'm learning for purposes , I don't like defacing actually.
Last year I defaced for certain reasons but now I disgust it.

I don't consider myself to be a Hacker but a learner .
My main knowledge & interests are
SQLi , XSS, LFI(or)RCE , Priv Escalation

My minor interests are :
DNS poisoning, CSRF, LDPA, symbolic linking , WHMCS , SSI

My weakest skill is ColdFusion:

I'm very interested in programming:
At first, I'm not serious , My uni taught me C++.
but after entering the underground forums , I'm serious about programming.
I'm normal @ HTML,python
weak @ css,php,C,C++,java,bash,batch
don't know a thing about
now my learning combo is Assembly , C, Python.
A friend of mine told me the combo Biggrin

I set up " Geek House " to collect tools necessary for pentest.
My favorite tools is
Burp Suite
I'm currently learning more tools like sqlninja , w3af , etc...

I love to walk around forums & posting , contributing.
I love to take part in challenges like SQLi,XSS.
I'm looking for a sub-forum to post some SQLi challenges.

I want to learn from community as well .
And finally I want to become a trusted member of HC.
Regards
MrGeek

Well, that's a lovely introduction. Thank you. Make yourself comfortable.
Good to see another interested programmer. And yes, defacing is for skids.

LOLing (laughing out louding for those of you not in the know)...I happened upon this thread yesterday and my original thought was to do just that, remove it.
However, something made me hesitate for a split second. And as is my default reaction to "proceed no further when in doubt", I'm glad I did in fact proceed no further.Biggrin

Welcome. It's clear that you haven't read the rules. Unless you can provide evidence that you own the site, hacking challenges on sites are not allowed. We are an ETHICAL hacking community which means that all black hat activity is forbidden. Also your second post could have been posted as an edit in your original post, there's no need to make a whole new post.

Challenging is not the blackhat activities I think,
It's for fun and for improving our skills.
But if you don't like I won't make any posts related to this subject!
I won't make challenge unless I've proof!
Thanks

You will have to realize that if we allow challenges on random people sites and they then gets hacked it will all come down to us. You can say that we somehow encourages it by allowing such on HC.
