Hello, my name is nightlife, i'm a reverse-engineer. I like to take scripts/software apart and see how they work and attempt to make them better, i also code but i'll get more into that in a second for now i would just like to say that i've been messing with windows based malware for some time now and RE'ing is my favourite hobby, however my next goal is to teach myself assembly and web explotation as well as how to patch such vulnrablities.

I'm good with vulns such as: XSS, RCE, LFI, RFI, heartbleed. ETC.

Also some SYSadmin stuff would be cool to learn, anyway!

Languages i code:

Python, Perl, PHP, C++ (learning) and JavaScript.


Sorry my introduction is kind of lame, trust me i'm better at computers than i am at introducing myself. I hope to learn as well as teach here and i hope to see some HQ posts.

Elaborate please, I'm interested.

Mainly anazlying malware for example, such as trying to extract macro code.

'python olevba.py <sample> > vba_extracted'

trying to look past slight obfuscations, and looking for useful code to see how the malware itself works.

FYI: This is a hobbie, i'm no way a professional.
