Quite funny actually.

When I was driving up to my house from college at lunch time, I hit a small pot hole which unfortunately knocked a bolt loose in my exhaust. So instead of sounding like a small, 1.4 Peugeot 206 sport, it sounds like a raging V8 engine.

My exhaust is so loud, I got pulled over so the police could check if the sound was legal or not. It wasn't. They had the decibel meter out and it was considerably higher than well, the legal limit.

They said "Adam, It seems that your exhaust is a tad loud. Considerably higher than what it should be." I was quite nervouse, and just said "Sorry, I could hardly hear it over the sound of Ke$has new album", which I was playing rather loudly in my car.

They found it funny, and let me off with a warning and told me it would have to be fixed or I'd be charged for disrupting the peace or given a fine for disrupting the peace.

All in all, a very eventful day. It even made me late for my hair appointment.
