Well as some of you might know, I'm currently contracted with Google's start up project.

It's only been roughly a month since I've been on a job, but in that time I cruised by leaving a good impression on most if not all my co-workers. My lead and I clicked within the time too. Some of the veteran workers had expiring contracts and I worked with those people too, but I made friends with them as well.

So there was this one veteran with a contract that was up within the week and he was friends with the big boss that can fire/assign points to workers. Apparently they were throwing the party at that big boss's house and my lead drove us both there and we partied with the big boys.

The big boss was really dope and told us to keep the fact that we were at his place on the low.

anyway, i pretty much have a moderate amount of immunity from being fired from my job now cause i made friends with the main boss at his house party

That sounds pretty awesome. With all the bad crap in life, it's nice to experience something like that, especially when it's related to your job, which is often a negative necessity. A lot of people would like to be in a similar position as you.

except i'm leaving before my contract is up b/c life was like,
