I don't have the answer to all the problems, if you have a problem while using NDS-Bootstrapper or TWiLight Menu++, you can leave a reply to this thread, i will try to help you

NDS-Bootstrapper Errors

This error is quite vague, but you can try/check the following:
- Check if you're running the game under "DSi Mode", if so, change it too "DS Mode" | Check in TWiLightMenu++ Main Settings aswell as each .NDS roms
- Corrupted RAM Dump | You will need to delete "ramDump.bin" present in "_nds\nds-bootstrap", NDS-Bootstrapper will then recreate a RAM Dump
- Clear the "patchOffsetCache" folder present in "_nds\nds-bootstrap"
- The ROM might be corrupted | Re-download it (Wowroms.com is quite a good site to get roms from)

Memory Pit Errors

It means it cannot find/load BOOT.NDS on the root of the SD card, make sure you have everything setup correctly (you can refer to the tutorial link given at the top of this thread)

TWiLight Menu++ Errors

Cannot load firmware such as R4s firmwares:

They're supposed to be loaded with their associated cartridges, Most firmwares for third-party cartridges will not work since you're supposed to use their associated cardtriges to load them
