This Is probably the first time I've come across so many DLL files that need patching.

As a matter of Interest, why so many?

The application uses .NET Reactor 4.5 & the components needed were directly into the main application (explaining why the original application is 10mb), when deobfuscating it, de4dot extracts the files:
