So today Im pissed off as hell.........Slam my door hard as fuck. The outer trim of the door brakes.
In anger I grab the loose piece of trim and start trying to yank it off, its nailed in at the top so it certainly takes quite a bit of force. I finally get it off and all the force sends it crashing onto my toe literally almost slicing it in half, its dangling! there is blood literally squirting onto my walls and pouring onto my floor. I have literally never seen so much blood at once.
I dont have a landline so I quickly pull out my cell, I call someone for a ride to the hospital..............."hey there, your call is being transferred because we have some important info about your account"
Now this message only happens when you havnt paid. Now 2 days before i got this message quickly paid then called and asked for them to unlock my outgoings. So they oblige and turn it back on. Now why it was restricted again is beyond me.
So while my toe is literally almost sitting on the ground beside me I have to call them, they answer im obviously frantic and swearing and screaming my ass of at her. Shes telling me to calm down and im all just like"dont tell me to fucking calm down bitch my fucking toe is sitting next to me on the floor!!!!!! UNBLOCK ME NOW!!!! she then replies, "sorry sir, we dont allow that kind of language here, I will not be unblocking your phone today" then hung up.

I ended up using VOIP, thank fucking god for google and shit.
But does anyone else agree this is grounds to sue? I'm going to talk to a lawyer tomorrow. JUst wanted to know your opinions!

I openly accept death whenever it's ready to take me. I have seen more blood though. There is a V-split artery in your arm which splits just below the elbow. Stab that with a needle. You won't die, but your body will go numb.

You probably won't have much of a case because you likely could have still made a 9-1-1 call for an ambulance, which means technically they didn't obstruct your ability to make an emergency phone call.

However, IANAL and would love to hear one discuss whether or not you have a case. If anything, maybe they'll settle to keep their ass outta court

Yeah this is true. But still I thought 911 was for like serious, serious emergency's such as heart attacks and stuff.
Last thing I wanted was a 10 grand ambulance bill or some shit. Wouldn't be the first time lol I broke my c-spine one time which def needed an ambulance.
