Well I spend a good load of my time in front of the computer. And if you are reading this post then you most spend a great deal of time too. gotcha.jpg lol Biggrin:d:A

Anyways. With all that time sitting you gotta hit the gym and get it in. It's not that hard really. There are so many gyms these days that you can get a membership for pretty cheap and start hitting the gym.

You don't need to go crazy just go 3x a week and lift some weights. There are plenty of great programs. Starting Strength is the best for beginners.

I was never into sports and start lifting at 18 at 120lbs (6'0). Since started I've gained over 50lbs of muscle. I've very skinny still and all my gains are lean muscle mass. So it's pretty sweet.

Ask any questions I'd love to help

Keep up the hard work man! Do you take any kind of supplements or drink any proteins or weight gainers? I could recommend some really good one I used that got me great results!

I don't normally spend a lot of my time on the computer.
Actually, I'm mainly somewhere practicing my 400m sprints and my fitness for basketball.

I'm hoping to get fit this year as well, gym memberships are too expensive for people with no job though Sad

You don't really need a gym membership. In my opinion, those are only ideal for weight lifting.
If you want to get fit and improve stamina, the world is your gym. Run timed sprints and jog easy miles. Circuit training and fitness testing go great to actually test your limits.
