@country19strong88 - If you want VPN, try VPNbook, they're free, it's a decent service. If you want more, you will have to pay for it.

...and yes most free VPN services keep logs. However a search will find many that only keep them for two weeks, and some of those that are in places of the world that may not be so willing to relinquish those logs.

...or, if you're so inclined, you may wish to look at alternative options, such as DigitalOcean.
