A 5 month old thread, and just stared receiving replies today.

I wonder If It's still working. The eBook Is somewhat detailed with quite a few steps.

I wrote up a highly detailed response to this, but seeing the thread age, ya know.

Perhaps its just in my trials, but when I've tried it, it hasn't worked. This has been around for ages (found it on a certain site/file directory) and tried it, but alas, no results. First time it was a little bit of creativity, second was blatantly as written, third was completely my own, I think the site is just realizing whats been happening and just discarding those requests, and I haven't bother to inquire on any of them for time's sake.
