Gemfly - Update your gems the easy way #1
While browsing a rails group, I found an awesome website which makes the process of updating your project gems painless

In fact, all you have to do is to paste your current gemfile content and that's it, the system will generate the updated versions of the gems, so all you have to do is copy & paste it, and then run a bundle install and you're done.

Have fun!

Ruby is a really good programming language, however for beginners I would strongly recommend to start first with Python since it's syntax is for me, more friendly and you can learn the basics of programming.

Most of the time syntax can be combated with a better code environment.

The hardest thing is the language itself. Once you start programming though you start to think more logically right away

You can't call yourself something apart from beginner with just 8 months of experience, there are a lot of things to learn.
