I had trouble with rufus because it wants to change the partition scheme to GPT and when I set it MBR tit changes the formatting to NTFS

Quite Interesting, I've yet to experience this Issue.

So when you select the MBR partition scheme (In the drop-down menu) and FAT32 (Default) under File system, It goes back to NTFS?

Never tried that after my second attempt I just used the isotousb, im sure If I had tried with rufus what you suggest would work fine, but I was to lazy to try again
