I personally play about 2-3 hours of videogames on PC a night. My handwriting has become very twitchy, my eyesight has become more accustomed to different shades of grey (COD), can sense more levels of light (again COD), and i now have very mild arthritis. I used to get cramped wrists from writing essays, both on Word and on paper, but after gaming for a few hours a night, it has beefed up my wrists and fingers. I also jump to conclusions much faster, i mostly play COD and Battlefield, both of which require fast reaction times and really changed the way I think. My hand-eye reaction speed is through the roof compared to normal people my age and i have turned into a much more quiet person than i used to be. I still love to hang with friends and play sports,i havent let videogames ruin my social life. Actually about half of my lifetime friends i have met on the internet through gaming. Over all, video games haven't helped my life out much, except i can see the grey scale much easier and i can quick scope someone. Kinda sad actually....

Im not particularly more impulsive just less time is made from decisions. I still take time to make sure the decisions are correct. Its just more refined. But yes I would say I am more impulsive though.
