Minecraft
OVERVIEW
Minecraft's was mainly coded by Notch, From Mojang industries, it is one of the most critically acclaimed games of all time. with sales racking in at 50$ Million+. The game's idea focus's on breaking and placing blocks to create structures, while collecting materials to survive the harsh, expansive, and dangerous world.AI
The Artificial Intelligence in Minecraft is lacking at best, the enemies are dumbfucks and have a hard time figuring out how to get to you, and easily get distracted by other mobs due to projectiles from skeletons, or explosions from creepers.Graphic's
All though I hear people ranking on Minecraft for larger sized pixel than most games, I feel that this undermines the fact that everything is obvious on what it's supposed to be, and if you want you can change the resolution of the blocks to your liking.Game-play
The game-play in Minecraft is just outstanding, simply the fact that there is never ending possibilities is amazing, but have you seen some of the shit people build? I saw a 1=1 scale of middle earth! I feel survival in single-player is quite boring, but the Multi-Player is amazing, that feeling that the survival of you and your friends rests mostly on your shoulders is a feeling like NO other.The Final Score
I would have to rate minecraft a 9 out of tenThe reason it's not closer to being a 9.5 out of ten is focus's mostly on the Poor AI, and the eminent feeling of a rudimentary single-player-survival.
Conclusion
Although it isn't the best game I've seen, and by far isn't for everyone. it still ranks up there around 39-34 in the top 100 list of games. simply because the world can go on for infinity is breath taking.My next Game review will be tomorrow or Monday.
