It can't be any worse then the abortion of a port known as watch dogs...
I would think they've been working on it a while though and to be honest previous GTA releases have been pretty good.

GTA 4 was a pretty bad port which took them 7-8 months for PC only.
Now they're doing it in 1 year and they're also going to release it for Xbone and PS4. Maybe they learned from their mistakes but we'll have to see.
I'm actually pretty pumped about it can't wait to play a GOOD multiplayer match with more then fucking 16 players that the console had (Come one? Such a big map and then lock the players to 16?)
It's probably going to have 64 slots and Maybe if we're getting some sort of dedicated server I bet we could up it by a ton (like a 1000 like SA:MP)

That would be awesome the online game play on consoles is pretty slow (not the games you join, but around the map) and I think would benefit from having a lot more players so that would be pretty cool 1000? maybe too many imo, the map is big but not that big, would get quite crowded.
Hopefully they will increase the draw distance as well that's a real pain especially in something like the jet.
