Just switch lobbies a few times during peak hours and look for UFOs or raining cars. Follow the modders around and humor them. I got ~$50,000,000 just by doing that.

you can only mod an account that has not been transferred to a ps4.

so if you already use ps4 you can not mod that account. Someone can make you a new account on a ps3 mod it then you log in and change the password etc.
