Seeing how I did not create the original image, I don't really own anything here. But what you are going to judge here ( mostly ) is the animation which I created an added. As well as the extra effects which I added to the picture. The picture is of Jeff The Killer, and for those of you that are so sorry as to not know about him, go on Google and search his name. I am almost certain nearly every single one of you have seen him at least once. Now, thanks for any feedback!

I am afraid I don't have a tutorial on how to create this animation right now, but it may be on Youtube already. Though I can, and I will create a tutorial for this animation this weekend.

That's cool.
The static blur sort of effect definitely makes it feel creepy. Just right for Halloween. :devil:

Thank you for the kind words, and I didn't really make this for Halloween, I just felt like making something with Jeff.. :3 ( Mainly because he is badass )
