This is true, but I would also say full coverage is the best option if it's within your budget. Why wouldn't you want to save costs in case of an accident? Especially in the US. US driving requirements aren't exactly difficult...

You are spot on there with regard to the driving requirements fro the US, there are load of low cost full coverage providers now. MOst of the of the big players are now reducing their prices significantly if you are willing to install one of those tracking monitors in your car. I dont know about that tradeoff but hey, its an option.

In that case I see no need in paying premium for the coverage. Unless of course you are in a vehicle that is relatively valuable.

True but idk if I can afford an at-fault accident repair in the near future though.
