Well, pretty much re-opening my free graphic services thread, I suddenly turned busy when I opened the first one and wasn't able to make graphics for anyone (Really sorry.).
For the template, copy-paste the code below and fill it with your specific template, and the easier/more specific your template is, your requested graphics might (will) be better.
For now, I only make the following:
(Animated & Normal) Avatars
(Animated & Normal) Signatures
(Normal) Logos
(Normal) Wallpapers
(Normal) User-bars (Not really skilled, but I can give it a try)

Dimensions: 64x64 (can be scaled up I can downscale it when needed.)
Image (Optional): Leona's sword from LoL or just some cool sword similar to it.
Text (Optional): ZenithCraft
Theme/Type: Well it's for a mc server, so I kind of want the sword and name to have a similar sort of meaning, Zenith, which is like a point above the observer, kinda like the top of the world kind of stuff.
Effects: Not really sure, maybe sparks/fire coming from the sword tip/curves, just want it to look cool.
Colors: The Zenith i'm not sure what color the text should be, so could you send some images of the text being R G and B.
Anything else you want to say: Nope, sorry I don't have much to go on :/ just want it to look pretty good, so you can just make it look cool tbh
